Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team

Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Develop data models, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

· Translate complex data into simple, insightful reports that support business decisions and client deliverables.

· Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities for data monetization and insights-based offerings.

· Create presentations and reports showcasing key insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to identify business challenges and provide analytical solutions.

· Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methods for data analysis and visualization to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

· Support in building predictive and prescriptive models to forecast performance and optimize client outcomes.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.

· Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Advance Excel, etc).

· Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R will be a plus.

· Strong storytelling ability to convert data into business insights.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic outcomes.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

·  6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights generation roles.

·   Experience in handling large data sets and developing client-facing insights reports.
