Manager – Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls

• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records

• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliations

• Prepare and present MIS reports to management

• Provide financial insights for cost optimization and decision-making

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities

• Monitor fund flow and cash flow requirements

• Lead, guide, and develop the Accounts & Finance team at the location

• Implement systems, best practices, and process improvements in finance and accounts

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

• Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities

Qualification & Experience

🎓 CA / CA Inter

💼 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

🚛 Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry is preferred (not mandatory)
