The Position As Manager – Accounts & Finance , you will lead and oversee all financial operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. This role demands a meticulous, hands-on professional adept at managing accounts payables and receivables, reconciliations, invoicing, and project-specific financial tracking. Key Responsibilities Core Financial Operations Manage Accounts Payable (creditors) and Accounts Receivable (debtors) with timely and accurate processing. Oversee GST and TDS reconciliation, ensuring full statutory compliance. Process team reimbursements accurately and in line with company policies. Maintain real-time, error-free financial data entries in Tally. Reporting & Analysis Prepare project-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for internal review and decision-making. Use Google Sheets to maintain and analyze financial data regularly for reporting purposes. Generate invoices on time and ensure prompt payment collections. Team & Compliance Oversight Supervise and mentor the Senior Associate and Associate, guiding performance and development. Ensure consistent adherence to financial policies, internal procedures, and statutory regulations. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial coordination. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in accounting and finance roles. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Tally and Google Sheets is essential.
