Experience: 10 + Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Continuously propose strategic solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meet their objectives.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key clients, focusing on relationship growth and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute account mining strategies to expand current revenue streams.
- Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.
- Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, aligning with organizational objectives and targets.
