Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals and social platforms.
  • Identify qualified professionals in the US market using various sourcing channels.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates as per job needs.
  • Handle client hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Negotiate salaries and finalize positions.
  • Support Account Managers/Team Leads with urgent technical demands.
  • Regularly update the Resourcing Application System.

  • Strong communication skills with fluent English.
  • 01 year of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, International Voice Process, Sales, Marketing, BD, Tele calling, or Technical Support.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
