Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualification /Requirements

1. CA /CMA Inter Qualified and final Drop out with minimum experience of 4 plus Years into FP&A role and core accounting. (Both service and Manufacturing)

2. Candidate Preference

   : Male/Female both can be shortlisted subject to accepting extended work hours during audits, compliance reviews and Month Closure.
3. Experience of working with MNC/US based service company and comfort with operating in multicultural setup.
4. Demonstrated ability to work across borders, cultures and time zones
5. Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structure
6. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues, employees, suppliers and customers
7. Strong ethical and professional values; the ability to resolve issues without compromising on ethics
8. Strong communication skills to coordinate with US finance team.

Position Responsibilities

1. Be a key member of the Business leadership team, contributing to the development of strategic goals and objectives and leading key initiatives.
2. Preparation of financials as per Indian GAAP Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
3. Financial oversight and review of budgets/forecasts, schedules and financial performance.
4. Experience of working/implementation of ERP and internal control system.
5. Responsible for Management Reporting in close coordination with different Business units, Programs and functions
6. preparation of MIS reports, involving in monthly closure of books, generation of management reports.
7. Review of GL's for ensuring financial hygeine.
8. Coordinate with Internal/External/Transfer Pricing audit team along with CFO and Finance team.
9. Ensuring compliance with treasury operations. (Payment Approvals in compliance with company policy)
10. Assisting in Preparation of financials in compliance with Indian GAAP.
11. Knowledge of US GAAP will be added advantage and not mandatory.
12. Ensuring compliance related to secretarial Matters with compliance team.
13. Assisting reporting role/CFO in Coordination with Bank for treasury related operations
