1. Strong understanding of financial and accounting process and Audit.
2. MIS reporting.
3. Dealing with banks for LCs, Inland and Foreign Bank guarantees, project financing, etc.
4. Preparing Drafts of BGs for Client Approval
5. Discharge of Expired BG’s
6. Handling Inward and Outward Remittances
7. Documentation for LC’s
8. BRC Submission for Exports
9. Issuance of Certificate of Origin in case of Exports
10. Foreign Currency Rates Negotiation
11. Export Shipment Documentation
12. Managing Compliances
13. Banking formalities and Bank reports.
14. Strategy planning, multi-tasking and introducing improvement initiatives.
15. To work closely with Finance and tax teams and other internal and external stake holders.
1. Experience of minimum 5 years in commercial department of a manufacturing company
2. Expert Knowledge of MS Office.
3. Proficient in SAP or other ERP software.
4. Excellent Communication Written & Verbal
5. Should be well organized, passionate and energetic.
6. Strong analytical, problem solving and questioning skills.
