Role & responsibilities:

Candidate Conversations:

  • Initiate engaging conversations with potential candidates.
  • Share compelling job opportunities and our company ethos.
  • Build genuine connections with candidates, regardless of physical distance.

Resume Collection:

  • Request and curate resumes through digital platforms.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of candidate information.

Online Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly.
  • Provide detailed guidance to candidates navigating the interview experience.

Transparent Salary Negotiations:

  • Engage in fair and transparent salary discussions, fostering trust.
  • Collaborate remotely with the HR teams to ensure competitive offers.

Virtual Feedback Exchange:

  • Gather valuable feedback from candidates post-interview.
  • Address concerns with a virtual touch, enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for meaningful conversations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in professional email writing.
  • Conversant with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships remotely.
  • Freshers or individuals with less than 6 months of work experience are welcome.
