About The Role

We are looking for a

Management Trainee – Project Coordinator

with an MBA in

Business Analytics

Data Analytics

(recent pass-out). The ideal candidate has

up to 1 year of experience

analytical and communication skills

client interaction

project coordination

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and coordinating multiple client-facing projects.
Support project planning, tracking, and execution under the guidance of senior team members.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to support decision-making.
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Analyze data and project metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Candidate Profile

MBA (specialization in Business Analytics or Data Analytics) – recent pass-out batch.
Up to 1 year of work experience in any field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of market trends and ability to convert insights into actionable steps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client communication and manage expectations professionally.
Good management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
familiarity with analytical tools is a plus.
Indore-based candidates only.
