Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly motivated
Management Trainee Partner Training Coordination
with exceptional communication skills and a go-getter attitude. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (0 1 year experience) from management or non-technical backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a global enterprise environment. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of training programs delivered across various formats (virtual, in-person, and self-paced) to our global partner network. You will gain valuable global exposure by working with stakeholders across different countries and time zones and play a key role in ensuring that training programs are well-planned, well-executed, and documented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner training programs (planning, scheduling, organizing, tracking, and reporting).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and global partner organizations to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Maintain training calendars, attendee lists, and training progress reports.
- Send timely communication, reminders, and follow-ups related to training events.
- Ensure training logistics (platform setup, materials, invites, feedback collection) are handled efficiently.
- Track and monitor attendance, completion, and effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
- Continuously look for ways to improve training operations and participant engagement.
- Coordination with the Channels team to support partner enablement.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related non-technical disciplines.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across time zones.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Global exposure to working with cross-cultural teams and international partner organizations.
- Hands-on experience in training operations and project coordination.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the Identity and Access management space.
- A strong foundation to build a long-term career in training operations.
