Job Summary:

Learning Architect

Roles & Responsibilities AI Expert in Learning & Development

1.

  • Operationalize the AI roadmap defined by the Talent Management Strategy Leader.
    • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to embed AI into talent development initiatives. • Ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing learning platforms and workflows.

2.

  • Design and deliver AI capability-building programs for employees, leaders, and HR professionals.
    • Curate learning paths on topics such as: - Machine Learning & Deep Learning - Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL•E) - Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Responsible and Ethical AI • Customize training for different proficiency levels: foundational, intermediate, and advanced.

3.

  • Learning Platforms:
    - Coursera, edX, Udacity, DataCamp, LinkedIn Learning • AI Tools & Frameworks: - TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face • Interactive Learning: - Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab • Internal Platforms: - LMS/LXP systems (e.g., Degreed, EdCast, Cornerstone) - SeekOut for talent intelligence and skill mapping • Assessment & Simulation Tools: - SHL, Codility, HackerRank (for AI skill validation)

4. Continuous Learning & Technology Scouting

  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and applications through:
    - Industry journals, conferences, webinars - AI research papers and GitHub repositories - Collaboration with academic and tech communities • Maintain a curated repository of AI innovations relevant to talent development.

5. KPIs for AI Training Programs

  • Adoption Metrics:
    - % of employees enrolled in AI learning programs - Completion rates of AI courses • Capability Metrics: - Pre- and post-training assessment scores - Number of employees certified in AI-related skills • Impact Metrics: - Improvement in productivity or decision-making due to AI literacy - Reduction in time-to-skill for AI-related roles • Engagement Metrics: - Learner satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS) - Repeat participation in advanced AI modules • Strategic Alignment: - Alignment of AI training outcomes with business goals - Contribution to digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling academies or capability development frameworks.
  • Strong program management skills with experience handling large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expertise in learning analytics, ROI measurement, and performance consulting.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and emerging L&D technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Program Management and Learning Analytics)
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.

Exposure to Agile learning methodologies and change management practices
