Key Responsibilities Conduct structured and interactive training sessions for engineering students, both online and onsite. Deliver hands-on training on: MicroStation Develop and customize training materials , including presentations, exercises, and practical assignments. Explain concepts clearly using real-time demonstrations and project-based examples . Guide students during lab sessions and resolve software-related doubts. Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and practical tasks. Provide constructive feedback to improve students technical understanding and confidence. Adapt teaching methods based on students’ academic levels and learning pace. Maintain professional coordination with colleges and training coordinators. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong practical knowledge of: MicroStation Background in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring students (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for easy understanding. Comfortable working with students in classroom and online environments.
