Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Engagement & Outreach

• Build, expand, and strengthen partnerships with corporates across industries.
• Drive campus recruitment by connecting with HR leaders, corporate partners, and hiring managers.
• Represent AEG in corporate meetings, networking events, job fairs, and industry forums.
  

Placement & Internship Management

• Lead end-to-end

  placement and internship initiatives

  across ABS, ASB, and ALC.
• Organize placement drives, recruitment programs, corporate talks, and leadership sessions.
• Ensure strong recruiter connect for PGDM, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (CS), BA-LLB, BBA-LLB, and other programs.
  

Student Development

• Mentor students on interview readiness, corporate behavior, soft skills, and rsum building.
• Collaborate with internal academic teams to align student training with industry expectations.
  

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain placement dashboards, corporate engagement MIS, and analytics.
• Prepare periodic reports for management review on placement progress, industry connect, and student engagement.
