Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including appointment confirmations, client coordination, onsite health checks, and issue resolution.
  
• Take ownership of preparing and reviewing Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Manage ad-hoc tasks by treating them as mini-projects planning, executing, and closing them with clear and measurable outcomes.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of urgent or unplanned requirements.
  

Eligibility & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; healthcare or insurance background is a plus.
  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in backend operations or client servicing is preferred.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
