Position: Management Trainee Operations
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Reporting to: Manager Operations
Salary: 4 LPA

Overview

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Operations team. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between partners, customers, and internal teams. This role demands strong communication , analytical thinking, and the ability to manage reporting, escalations, and ad-hoc tasks with ownership and precision.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations including appointment confirmations, client coordination, onsite health checks, and issue resolution.
Own the preparation and review of Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports; ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks by treating them as mini-projectsplanning, executing, and closing them with clear outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of urgent or unplanned requirements.
Requirements

Bachelordegree in any discipline; healthcare or insurance background preferred.

6 months of experience in backend operations or client servicing is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
