Role: Management Trainee - Operations | Work Mode: On-site (HSR Layout, Bangalore) | Type: Full-time | Internship | Stipend: ₹5,000/month | Duration: Minimum 6 months | Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist in streamlining supply chain, vendor coordination, and inventory control
• Support daily operations of kitchen, packaging, and delivery logistics
• Monitor order flow, process optimization, and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Be part of product launches, pilots, and scaling processes

Must-Haves:

• Graduate or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/General Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with a bias for action
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Available for minimum of 6 months (full-time, in-office)
• Based in or willing to relocate to HSR Layout, Bangalore
