Digital & Performance Marketing Manager Location: Work From Office (WFO) – HSR Layout, Bengaluru CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference Are you a result-driven Digital Marketing professional with a sharp eye on performance metrics, B2B campaigns, and lead generation ? Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn & other platforms Drive lead generation, acquisition funnels (LGA) and customer retention through data-driven strategies Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through A/B testing and audience targeting Collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure B2B marketing goals are aligned Use analytics tools to track KPIs and generate actionable insights Implement marketing automation tools and strategies What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing Proven knowledge of B2B marketing platforms and lead-gen tools Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms & their operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. – bonus) Deep expertise in LGA (Lead Generation & Acquisition) strategy Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work full-time from office and join immediately Why Marconix?
