Website Developer – Full-Time | Work From Office | Immediate Joiners Preferred Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore | Experience: 2+ Years | CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA About Us: At Marconix Sales Solutions , we are a fast-growing sales and marketing consulting firm helping brands scale their presence and performance. We are now looking for a dynamic and talented Website Developer to join our in-house team and take complete ownership of UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, and web/mobile tech solutions. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end website design and development (UI/UX, frontend, backend) Build responsive, user-friendly web pages and interfaces Develop dynamic websites, web apps, and mobile-compatible platforms Work independently on design-to-deployment cycle Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize site functionality and design Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in website development Strong knowledge of WordPress development , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP , and frameworks like Bootstrap, React, or Angular Excellent UI/UX design understanding Proven experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Strong WordPress development skills (preferred) Experience in building and managing web applications and mobile-friendly platforms Ability to work independently and manage full development cycles Good understanding of SEO best practices for web design Immediate joiners will be given priority Work from Office profile – Bangalore-based candidates preferred Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage Bonus Skills: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop Knowledge of hosting, DNS management, and domain handling Experience with website speed optimization and plugins Why Join Us?
