Job Description

We are a growing startup looking for a multi-skilled Website Developer who can build websites, generate business, and scale projects independently. Initially, this role requires handling end-to-end responsibility including development, SEO, client coordination, and lead generation.

This position is ideal for someone who wants ownership, growth, and long-term opportunity, not just a routine job.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business websites (WordPress / HTML / CMS-based)
• Handle complete project execution from concept to deployment
• Generate new business leads through SEO, referrals, outreach, or freelancing platforms
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Perform on-page & basic off-page SEO for client websites
• Maintain hosting, domain, updates, and website performance
• Communicate directly with clients and close website projects
• Help expand the business by suggesting new services & strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Website Developer
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, basic JS
• Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page, technical basics, keywords)
• Ability to bring business / clients (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console
• Ability to work independently and manage everything initially
• Strong communication and client-handling skills

Preferred / Added Skills

• Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, or freelancing platforms
• Knowledge of page speed optimization & security
• Understanding of UI/UX basics
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (Ads, content, local SEO)
• Entrepreneurial mindset
