Job Description

We are looking for a Rental Property Showing Executive who can visit rental properties, show them to prospective tenants, and close rental deals independently. This role is 100% target-based—no fixed salary will be paid if targets are not achieved.

This position is suitable for confident, field-oriented individuals who are self-motivated and serious about earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned rental properties and show houses/flats to clients
• Explain rental terms, amenities, and location benefits clearly
• Coordinate between property owners and tenants
• Negotiate rent and close rental agreements
• Maintain daily visit and closure reports
• Follow up with interested clients until deal closure
• Achieve monthly rental closure targets

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Experience in real estate rentals / property dealing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and local travel
• Ability to close deals independently
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage (photos, location sharing)
• Honest, presentable, and professional attitude

Compensation Structure

• Commission / incentive paid per successful rental closure
• No salary if monthly targets are not achieved
• High earning potential for consistent performers
