Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Website Developer role based in Dehradun. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining websites by working on both front-end and back-end components. The Website Developer will ensure responsive web design, write and test codes, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative web solutions to life. The role demands attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet project deadlines effectively.

QualificationAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Website Developer who can design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.---Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.Build dynamic functionality using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar front-end technologies.Develop backend logic using Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python (Django/Flask), or similar.Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM tools, and third-party services.Work with UI/UX designers to convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into functioning websites.Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.Perform website testing, debugging, and maintenance.Manage hosting, domain setup, and deployment on servers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or cPanel.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement tracking tools (Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM).Create documentation and provide support after deployment.---Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind.Experience with React / Next.js / Vue for frontend (any one is acceptable).Backend knowledge: PHP (WordPress/Laravel) or Node.js or Python Django.Database knowledge: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.Experience with WordPress, custom themes, and plugins (bonus).Understanding of API integration, REST APIs, and JSON.Knowledge of SEO basics, website speed optimization, and security best practices.Version control using Git/GitHub.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to handle deadlines and multitask.---Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.1–5 years of experience in website or full-stack development.Experience in eCommerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom carts).Experience working with digital marketing teams.
