Management Trainee - Operations

JOB PROFILE:

· Preparing schedule based on various electricity transactions under open access.

· Preparing schedule based on exchange & bilateral transactions

· Energy accounting of transactions of buyer & seller respectively

· Coordination with clients regarding placing the bids on Power Exchange platform & bilateral transaction, providing all necessary technical support.

· Preparing & presenting reports in Excel based on electricity transactions

2. SKILLS:

· Good communication skills in English, Hindi.

· Very good marketing skills having smart & intelligent decision making qualities.

· Have to work in rotational shifts (No fixed weekly off)

· Good knowledge on excel is a must

· B.Tech (Electrical), B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics),BSc(PCM)

· Graduate candidates are eligible

General:

· Proficiency with MS Office & other related tools – specifically MS Excel & MS power point .

· Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools.

· Pursuing bachelor candidates will get his 1st month salary on completion of 6 months. (The candidates will be get the salary from 2nd month onwards. only the 1st month’s salary will be on hold which will be credited to them once they complete six months with us). Degree holder’s will get their salary from 1st month onwards.

· Salary offered- CTC 18,000 per month plus Rs. 2,000 per month as performance pay as per performance payable yearly + Yearly Increment

3. LOCATION OF POSTING: Kolkata

4. SERVICE CONDITIONS:

· The candidates will have Training cum Probationary period of Six Months.

· The candidates require to sign a three years service commitment with us.
