• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to develop leadership skills and operational knowledge.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential for data management and reporting.
