Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Kochi, for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating with various departments. The trainee will participate in project management, data analysis, and process improvement activities. Additionally, the position involves regular interaction with stakeholders to enhance communication and support program implementation.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Process Improvement, and Data Analysis skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in strategic planning and operational support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• MBA in HR and Marketing preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
