Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee at Kenspire Advisors in Chennai. The Management Trainee will be involved in assignments related to business management and strategy implementation. The role offers hands-on experience in various domains of business operations and management.

Qualifications

• To have a basic understanding of finance, taxation, and related concepts.
• To have a passion to apply their financial expertise and develop their careers in management consultancy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Skills required

• M.Com / MBA with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
