Management Trainee

The hospital in Madurai is currently seeking a Management Trainee with an MBA in Hospital Management qualification. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work in the Hospital/Healthcare industry and join the hospital admin team. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in OPD, IPD, pharmacy, billing, and front office activities. You will shadow the Admin Manager to learn core hospital functions, coordinate between departments for smooth workflow, and support feedback collection, facility monitoring, and daily reports. Additionally, you will attend internal meetings and maintain admin documentation. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English, be willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented. Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with the possibility of a performance bonus. The work location is in person at the hospital in Madurai.
