Management Trainee

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing team. The candidate will support brand activation, on-ground promotions, events, and retail marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience working closely with the marketing and sales teams to increase brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and execution of BTL campaigns, promotional activities, and product awareness drives. Coordinate on-ground activations, corporate events, mall activities, exhibitions, and store-level promotions. Support vendor coordination, stall setup, branding material arrangement, and campaign logistics. Monitor campaign performance, collect feedback, and prepare activity reports and MIS. Work with the sales team to ensure brand visibility across assigned territories and outlets. Maintain inventory of marketing materials, display units, standees, banners, etc. Conduct market research to analyze competitor promotions and customer behavior. Ensure timely and efficient execution of branding activities as per guidelines.
