Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Management Fresher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of wellness operations — from guest relations and marketing to administration and experience design.

You’ll work closely with the management team and gain exposure across departments to understand how a modern wellness centre functions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination across departments (wellness, hospitality, marketing, guest services).

Support the management in guest experience planning and feedback tracking.

Maintain schedules, records, and operational checklists.

Coordinate with marketing teams for social media and promotional activities.

Participate in event planning, retreats, and special guest experiences.

Ensure smooth internal communication and problem-solving.

Who You Are

A recent graduate in Management / Hospitality / Wellness / Tourism / Business Administration.

Enthusiastic about wellness, mindfulness, and hospitality.

Strong communication and organization skills.

A self-starter who learns fast and enjoys a hands-on role.

Comfortable working in a serene, spiritual, and guest-focused environment.
