Factory Operations & Technical Trainee (with Software & Automation Opportunities) Location: KINFRA Park, Kanjikode, Palakkad, Kerala Responsibilities Factory Operations Oversee day-to-day factory floor activities. Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery. Operate EOT cranes (training will be provided) . Lead and coordinate teams of workers. Maintain stock, handle loading and unloading. Supervise workflow and ensure safety compliance. Additional Opportunities for Capable Candidates Work on in-house software development projects using Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js . Learn and work with Delta PLC-based automation systems. Gain skills in ladder programming , HMI screen development , control panel wiring , and VFD-based motor control . Eligibility Education: 10th or 12th grade with Mathematics grade A or A+ and any degree/diploma. Strong aptitude and analytical skills. Willingness to learn both mechanical and software skills.
