Position: Lecturer Location: Kripalu Care Foundation, Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh (On-site) Category: Wellness | Education | Mental Upliftment About Us: Kripalu Care Foundation is a high standard wellness center dedicated to holistic healing, conscious living and mental upliftment of our clients. We bring together the wisdom of traditional practices and modern understanding of health to help individuals reconnect with their body, mind and spirit. Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Teacher / Lecturer who can guide individuals and groups through sessions on health, well-being and mental upliftment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and the ability to inspire people. The approved candidates will be given full training on the subjects mentioned. However, the ability to speak confidently and the ability to inspire while speaking is a must. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging talks, workshops, and discussions on topics related to holistic health, self-awareness and mental upliftment. Integrate scientific and logical perspectives to make sessions accessible and impactful. Guide participants through simple mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective practices. Create educational material, presentations, or handouts as required. Requirements: Excellent fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Prior experience in teaching and public speaking. Compassionate, articulate and able to connect deeply with diverse audiences and to inspire them. Previous knowledge on the subjects of health and mental upliftment, etc. is not required and not preferred either as our concepts are unique and revolutionary. The candidates should have an open mind to learn and then teach efficiently. Will have to be based in Vrindavan, Mathura. What We Offer: A peaceful and inspiring work environment.
