Management Trainee

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, confident, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in various business functions and kick-start their corporate career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Support the team in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to suggest optimizations
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency
• Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences
• Help in building and maintaining paid ad campaigns across platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Key Requirements:

• B. Tech Graduate preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident personality with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel skills
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any relevant field
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Immediate availability preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
