Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Compensation & Benefits
In this role you will be part of Regional C&B team and will support execution of compensation changes, coordinate recognition scheme and help with daily rewards-related activities in India region.
Responsibilities
- Runs the dedicated processes independently under a supervision, management and leadership of the C&B Lead.
- Ensures data accuracy in Fusion
- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with HRSS team
- Supports in preparation the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring and reporting
- Prepares, monitors and supports on data input of the Cheers budget
- Works closely with C&B Lead on processes like the salary planning, bonus planning
- Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Prepares data input for salary surveys
- Responsible for accurate computation of bonus accruals
- Prepares analyzes on external salary benchmarks
- Provides salary data at business requests
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- University Degree;
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Time Management skills
- Self-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Team Player
- Good command of English Language (minimum B2 level on CEF scale)
