Position Summary

As a Management Trainee in the CSR Department, you will work with the Founder’s Office and the CSR team to support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of CSR programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to social impact projects and community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, planning, and executing CSR initiatives across education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, and rural development.
• Support due diligence, partner/NGO evaluation and coordination.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts, proposal development, and donor research (as needed).
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, impact metrics, and compliance records.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for the CSR Committee and senior leadership.
• Help design community outreach, volunteer programs, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, communications, digital) to highlight CSR efforts.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or Fresher Graduate or Post-Graduate or equivalent qualification with exposure to CSR or social development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfort liaising with NGOs and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Empathy, reliability, and genuine interest in community welfare.
• Willingness to travel frequently (especially to Badlapur).
• High ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
