Role Overview

Management Trainee

The Management Trainee will work closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, support international business development efforts, and coordinate campaign execution, while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Support

  • Act as a support point of contact for clients and assist in managing ongoing campaigns.
  • Understand client business goals and ensure timely delivery of advertising, content, and event-related services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (advertising, content, events) to support smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing basic reports on leads, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Address client queries, gather feedback, and escalate issues when required to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by gathering requirements and aligning internal teams.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, briefs, and post-campaign reports.

Business Development & International Markets

  • Support lead generation and outreach activities for international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
  • Assist in researching prospects, market trends, competitors, and target accounts.
  • Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client communication material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and propose relevant solutions to prospects.
  • Maintain CRM records and assist in tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
  • Support senior team members in managing sales discussions and closures.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience or relevant internships in client servicing, business development, digital marketing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional business etiquette.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts, digital advertising, content marketing, events/webinars, and lead generation.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data tracking and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Excel, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
