Management Trainee

Job Title: Management Trainee Company: CIAO GREEN, Interior Design and Build Location: BANGALORE Reports to: COO Job Summary: We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team! As a Management Trainee, you'll work closely with our team to improve our company's data management, operational efficiency, and overall performance. You'll be involved in various aspects of the business, including project management, client relations, and software implementation. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and analyzing company data, including project timelines, budgets, and client information - Support the implementation and maintenance of our software systems, including design and project management tools - Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction - Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions - Support business development efforts, including lead generation and client follow-ups - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review - Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on business strategy and operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a related field - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software - Familiarity with design and project management software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Trello, Asahi) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of interior design principles and industry trends - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) What We Offer: - Hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing company - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Competitive salary and benefits package
