Job Description

Identify potential clients and assist in expanding business opportunities in the AdTech and performance marketing domain.
Support the sales team in prospecting, lead nurturing, and converting qualified opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and app developers.
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable performance marketing or AdTech solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and performance optimization.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
Stay updated on AdTech trends, mobile advertising platforms, and competitor activities.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine pitches and sales strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience (AdTech / performance marketing / app growth preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and mobile attribution tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
