Job Description

Role: Management Trainee – Presentation Design & Business Communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design High-Impact Presentations:

  • Create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for presales, sales, and marketing teams, tailored to client needs and business objectives.
  • Data Visualization:

  • Translate complex data, research findings, and business concepts into clear and engaging visual formats such as charts, graphs, infographics, and process diagrams to support strategic messaging.
  • Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all presentations and design assets strictly adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, logo usage, and overall visual identity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, presales, marketing, product, and content teams to gather inputs, understand requirements, and deliver customized presentations within tight timelines.
  • Support Marketing Collateral:

  • Assist in the creation and design of additional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics when needed.
  • Content Enhancement:

  • Edit and refine content provided by stakeholders to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with the overall messaging strategy.
  • Version Management & Feedback Incorporation:

  • Manage multiple versions of presentations, incorporate feedback quickly and accurately, and maintain organized records of all assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) combined with an MBA or PGDM from a recognized institution.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong understanding of animations, slide transitions, layouts, and templates.
  • Working knowledge of visual design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • High level of creativity with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback.
