JOB DESCRIPTION

A management representative (MR) acts as a go-between, liaising between management and staff to ensure the implementation and maintenance of management systems, particularly in quality (ISO) standards, by establishing processes, monitoring performance, conducting audits, and reporting to top management on system health and improvement opportunities. Key duties include developing audit agendas, tracking issues, training staff on compliance, and ensuring awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Common Responsibilities

  • Liaison & Communication: Serves as a link between staff and upper management, communicating expectations, updates, and performance feedback.
  • Management System Oversight: Ensures the establishment, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of management systems, such as those for quality (ISO 9001), environment, or health and safety.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitors team performance, productivity, and compliance with established standards, providing constructive feedback.
  • Auditing & Compliance: Conducts internal audits, tracks the resolution of non-compliance issues, and coordinates external audits to ensure standards are met.
  • Reporting to Top Management: Prepares and presents reports to senior leadership on the performance and effectiveness of the management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for improvement within the management system and facilitates the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Customer Focus: Promotes customer requirements and satisfaction throughout the organization, ensuring customer needs are understood and met.
  • Training & Development: Trains and educates staff on relevant management system standards and practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
