Role Overview

You will:

• Research complex domains
• Convert insights into

  case studies, explainers, and narratives

• Manage and grow Sysma’s LinkedIn and digital presence

• Work closely with leadership on positioning and GTM support

thinking, writing, and execution discipline

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

• Research GovTech, Smart Cities, Enterprise SaaS, and AI platforms
• Analyze competitors, positioning, and messaging
• Review government tenders, RFPs, policies, and programs
• Support proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents

Content & Thought Leadership

• Write

  structured case studies

  (Problem → Solution → Impact)
• Create

  explainers

  for products, platforms, and AI use cases
• Convert complex systems into clear, credible narratives
• Assist with video explainers, carousels, and long-form posts

Digital Presence & Distribution

• Manage Sysma’s

  LinkedIn and social handles

• Plan content calendars and posting cadence

• Track engagement and refine content themes

• Maintain brand tone, clarity, and credibility

AI-Assisted Workflows

• Use AI tools daily for:
• Research synthesis
• Content structuring
• Draft refinement
• Clear English reasoning is essential for effective AI usage

Mandatory Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• English-medium schooling is mandatory

• Strong written and spoken English

• Comfortable writing public-facing content under a company brand

• Ability to think clearly and structure ideas (not just write)

Required Skills

• Strong reading comprehension and analytical ability
• Clear, structured writing in English
• Comfort with Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Discipline, consistency, and ownership

Good to Have

• Background in management, engineering, economics, public policy, or communications
• Prior experience with writing, research, or content creation
• Interest in GovTech, SaaS, AI, or enterprise systems
