Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end hiring — from sourcing to closure. You’ll be responsible for identifying quality talent across technical and functional roles (Software Developers, QA, Implementation Engineers, etc.), conducting first-level screening, scheduling interviews, and handling offer negotiation. You will act as the face of Sysma Tech for potential hires — representing our professionalism, culture, and mission during every interaction. Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and engage candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals. Conduct initial screening (skills, communication, salary, notice period). Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines for tech, implementation, and operations roles. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding closure. Represent Sysma’s tone and values while interacting with candidates. Maintain structured tracking via Excel/ATS and ensure timely communication. For part-time roles: manage ~10–15 active mandates/month with accountability for results. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency). Proven success hiring for technical and manufacturing/ERP profiles . Excellent English communication — clear, confident, and professional. Ability to understand job requirements , assess fit, and pitch effectively. Strong coordination and negotiation skills. Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other sourcing tools . Nice to Have Prior experience recruiting for IT product companies / SaaS / Industry 4.0 / ERP domains . Exposure to recruitment automation or AI sourcing tools (ChatGPT, hireEZ, etc.). HRMS/ATS experience (Zoho Recruit, Breezy, etc.).
