Role Overview

React / Next.js Front-End Developer


You’ll collaborate with backend, mobile, and design teams to deliver production-grade features for the Sysma platform.


AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Codex

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain reusable

    React / Next.js

    components for enterprise-grade web apps.
  • Work closely with UX designers and backend developers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Optimize rendering, data flow, and state management across complex screens.
  • Use

    AI-assisted development tools

    (Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex) effectively to speed up workflows.
  • Participate in peer reviews, refactoring, and code optimization efforts.
  • Follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Required Skills

  • 3–4 years of

    React.js

    and

    Next.js

    development experience.
  • Strong command over

    JavaScript (ES6+)

    ,

    TypeScript

    ,

    React Hooks

  • Solid understanding of
