What You Will Work On

• Deep research on GovTech, Smart Cities, Industrial SaaS, and AI platforms
• Conversion of research into:

• Case studies

• Explainer articles

• Short-form LinkedIn content

• Video scripts / explainers

• Managing and growing Sysma’s

  LinkedIn and other social handles

• Supporting GTM strategy through content-backed insights

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Strategy

• Study competitors, platforms, and positioning
• Analyze government tenders, RFPs, policies, and programs
• Identify patterns, gaps, and positioning opportunities
• Support proposal and pitch-deck inputs

Content Creation

• Write

  structured case studies

  (problem → solution → outcome)
• Create

  explainers

  on products, AI use-cases, and platforms
• Convert complex systems into

  simple, credible narratives

• Collaborate on video scripts and carousel-style content

Social & Distribution

• Manage Sysma’s

  LinkedIn presence

• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts

• Maintain content calendars

• Track engagement and refine content direction

AI-Assisted Workflows

• Use AI tools daily for:
• Research synthesis
• Content structuring
• Draft refinement
• English clarity is essential for effective AI interaction

Mandatory Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• English-medium schooling is mandatory

• Strong command over written and spoken English

• Comfortable writing publicly under the company brand

• Ability to think clearly and structure ideas — not just “write well”

Required Skills

• Strong reading comprehension and analytical ability
• Clear, structured writing in English
• Comfort with Docs, PPT, Excel
• Willingness to learn basic social media tooling and analytics
• Discipline to deliver consistently (this is not a casual role)

Good to Have

• Background in management, engineering, public policy, economics, or communications
• Prior experience writing blogs, case studies, or LinkedIn content
• Basic understanding of GovTech, SaaS, or AI ecosystems
• Interest in storytelling through content and video
