What You Will Work On
  • Backend modules for Sysma’s enterprise platforms
  • REST APIs used by web and mobile applications
  • Business workflows, validations, and role-based access
  • Real data models — not demo databases
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop APIs using Laravel
  • Work with MySQL (queries, joins, indexing basics)
  • Implement validations, permissions, and error handling
  • Debug existing backend logic and fix production issues
  • Use AI tools effectively for logic breakdown and debugging
Mandatory Eligibility

  • English-medium schooling is mandatory

  • Strong comfort in English for:

  • Explaining logic

  • Debugging discussions
  • AI-assisted development workflows
Required Skills
  • PHP fundamentals
  • Basic Laravel understanding (routes, controllers, models)
  • MySQL basics
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
Good to Have
  • API authentication concepts
  • Queues, cron jobs, background tasks
  • Exposure to performance or scale issues
