MIS Associate

Job Summary

MIS Associate

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
Develop dashboards, performance trackers, and business reports.
Collect and consolidate data from multiple departments while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain databases and internal records with high data integrity.
Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas, macros, or templates to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements.
Identify data gaps, troubleshoot errors, and ensure overall data quality.
Support operational and leadership teams with ad-hoc and customized reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Associate, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Advanced Formulas).
Working knowledge of Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Basic understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
Knowledge of VBA and Macros.
