Description
As a Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering services according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, understanding their business needs and tailoring services accordingly. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of managed services, meeting SLAs and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include resolving client issues promptly, monitoring client satisfaction, and taking proactive measures to address concerns and improve service quality. You will develop account plans to enhance client engagement and retention, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. In addition to managing the implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects for clients, you will coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. You will also ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements, compliance requirements, and consult with the legal team on contract governance. Monitoring and reporting on contract performance, overseeing financial aspects of client accounts, and managing billing processes may also be part of your role. Your strong analytical mindset, initiative, self-drive, and commitment to success will be essential in managing a coordinated delivery of service. Proficiency in project management, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with client centricity and business acumen, will contribute to your effectiveness in this role. Your ability to work under pressure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial for success. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business, along with relevant ITIL and project management certifications, is preferred for this role. Demonstrated experience in managed services, service delivery, client management, and successful delivery of managed services to clients will be necessary.
