Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. Your role will involve proactive client communication, project management, technical oversight, and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback - Tailor required services according to client business needs and objectives - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues promptly - Monitor and assess client satisfaction regularly through feedback mechanisms - Develop account plans and strategies to enhance client engagement and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services - Manage the implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects for clients - Monitor and report on contract performance - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients - Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and client relationships - Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions - Provide regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business or related field - Relevant ITIL certification preferred - Relevant project management certification (for example, PMP) is preferred - Seasoned demonstrated experience in managed services and/or support services environment - Proficiency in project management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Additional Details about NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
