Role Description

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in

  Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• CNC (HMC, VMC, Lathe) & SPM Machine Maintenance –

  Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens controls

  .
• Strong in

  electrical troubleshooting

  : PLCs, drives, sensors, automation systems & control panels.
• Mechanical maintenance expertise:

  gearbox, spindle, ball screw, LM guideways, bearings

  .
• Experience in slide reconditioning, retro-fitment, hydraulics, pneumatics, fluids.
• Hands-on with

  Condition Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance techniques

  .
• Knowledge of

  TPM, 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, Kaizen, SMED

  .
• Familiarity with

  ISO, TS, EHS, and OHSMS audit documentation & compliance

  .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of

  CNC, VMC, HMC & SPM machines

  .
• Quickly identify and resolve

  mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & automation issues

  .
• Carry out

  major machine overhauls, reconditioning & retrofitting

  to extend asset life.
• Maintain

  PLCs, CNC controls, drives, sensors, HMIs & control panels

  (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens).
• Maintain, troubleshoot & optimize

  hydraulic circuits, pneumatic systems & actuators

  .
• Adhere to safety standards, statutory compliance, and ISO/TS guidelines in all maintenance activities,
• Maintain & update

  Daily Documents, Audit requirements, Manuals, Wiring Drawings, Etc.,

• Implement

  TPM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke & Energy-saving

  to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Support adoption of

  ERP, Oracle & QR-code based systems

  for smarter maintenance management.
• Collaborate with

  production, quality, and projects teams

  to ensure smooth plant operations.

Technical Skills & Expertise
