Job Title: Electrical and Machine Maintenance Engineer
Company : DR Axion India Private Limited (A Subsidiary of Craftsman Automation Limited)Location - ThiruvallurYears of experience - 3 to 6 yearsJob Summary -The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment used in manufacturing processes. The role ensures that all electrical and mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.Major Roles & Responsibilities -• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical machines and related equipment.• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to quickly restore machine operations.• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve machine performance.• Adhere to safety standards and company policies in performing all maintenance tasks.• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to reduce machine downtime.• Participate in continuous improvement and energy conservation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications -• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical & mechanical maintenance of industrial machines.• Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, PLCs, and robotic automation.• Familiarity with safety codes and electrical regulations.• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving skills.Desired Characteristics -• Strong Oral and written communication skill• Ability to learn, analyse, plan and implement programs to deliver the maintenance improvements through collaborative enivornment.________________________________________#craftsmanautomationishiring #maintenancecareer #electricalmaintenance #CNC #automationcareers #hydraulics #pneumatics #PLC #Automotiveindustry
