Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role based in Jafrabad. The Maintenance Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage all maintenance activities to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of plant equipment and facilities. The role includes implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance measures, managing repair processes, supervising maintenance teams, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills for managing and guiding maintenance teams effectively.
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Experience in Maintenance Management, including strategic planning and budgeting for maintenance operations.
Technical expertise in Maintenance & Repair to address equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Comprehensive understanding of safety and compliance regulations in industrial environments.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in cement or similar industrial sectors is an added advantage.
