Konart Steel Building Pvt. Ltd., a well-established and growing organization in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, is looking for an experienced and competent professional to join our team as a Maintenance Manager at our Hosur manufacturing facility.

Position Details

Designation: Maintenance Manager

Number of Vacancies: 01

Experience Requirement

Minimum 10 years of solid experience in maintenance activities

Mandatory experience in the PEB industry / steel fabrication / heavy engineering sector

Key Skills & Expertise Required

Strong hands-on experience in Cranes and Utilities maintenance

Thorough knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

Experience in handling EOT cranes, utilities systems, and heavy machinery

Ability to plan and implement effective maintenance schedules

Knowledge of spare parts planning, vendor coordination, and cost control

Ensuring smooth plant operations with minimum downtime

Sound understanding of safety practices, statutory compliance, and maintenance standards

Leadership skills to manage and guide maintenance teams efficiently

Language Requirement

Hindi – Mandatory

Knowledge of English is preferred
